1	2021	29-12-2021	Putare Quiz	On 29th Dec 2021 the Department of Computer Application organized an online quiz for the students of all the departments. There was total 32 participants from different departments. The winners were awarded with prize money and certificates whereas each participant was given a participating certificate.
2	2021	16-07-2021	National Webinar on Learning in Times of Covid-19 Pandemic	A national webinar on “Learning in Times of Covid-19 Pandemic” on 16th July 2021 was organised by the Department of Computer Applications, Morigaon College. Dr. Lila Kanta Barthakur, Principal, Morigaon College inaugurated the webinar. Mr. Sagar Saikia, Assistant Professor, NERIM Group of Institutions, Guwahati, Assam graced the webinar as the speaker. Dr. Karabi Goswami, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration, was the 2nd speaker of the webinar.
3	2022	14-09-2022	Departmental Quiz Competition	The Departmental Quiz Competition was organised among the students of various departments of Morigaon College. A total of 56 students participated in the event.
4	2023	16-03-2023	STREET PLAY ON IMPACT OF CYBER CRIME	On 16/03/2023 the department of Computer Applications organised a street play on the theme of Impact of Cyber Crime. Students from all the three semesters participated by acting as characters as well holding the rally and sloganeering afterwards. Based on the theme of the play, we decided on two venues for staging it- near the compound of DC office/ District Court and near the SBI Morigaon Branch. 5	2023	25-03-2023	ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS & SURVEY AROUND CHARAN BEEL	On 25/03/2023 the department of Computer Applications organised a general survey focusing on environment issues as an extension activity around charan beel of Morigaon district. A total of 85 students participated in the overall extension activity. The groups made of 4 or 5 students visits to 22 houses near the beel to take the survey and make awareness abot the environment.
6	2023	04-03-2023	Parent - Teacher Meet	A parent-Teacher meet was organised on 04-03-2023 at the Seminar Hall of Morigaon College where around 30 nos of parents presented and talkd about the improvement of Computer Applications Department. We also took some resolutions in these meeting that will developed the overall performance of the students. A total 60 nos. of students and parents were present in this meeting.
7	2023	11-03-2023	Departmental Seminar	A Departmental Seminar was organised on 11-03-2023 where Tahir Uddin Ahmed of BCA 4th Semester presented his presentation. The topic of the presentation was Function in C Programming. A Total nos. of 25 students were present in the presentation event. The presentation was organised to resolve the resolution taken on the Parent- Teacher Meet.
8	2023	18-03-2023	Departmental Seminar - II	A Departmental Seminar was organised on 18-03-2023 where Arushi Sarma of BCA 2nd Semester presented his presentation. The topic of the presentation was Computer Memory. A Total nos. of 45 students were present in the presentation event. The presentation was organised to resolve the resolution taken on the Parent- Teacher Meet.
9	2023	25-03-2023 (Saturday	Departmental Seminar - III	A Departmental Seminar was organised on 25-03-2023 where Bijoy Sutradhar (BCA 2nd Semester), Ripunjoy Deka (BCA 4th Semester) and Azahur Rahman (BCA 6th Semester) presented their presentations. The topics of the presentation were Different Environmental Movement, Computer Organization and Project Presentation on School Management System. A Total nos. of 84 students were present in the presentation.
